Temperatures are supposed to drop down to low single digits this week as a cold front comes through the Hudson Valley. My nephew was in Mongolia last month and the temperature there was 42 below, a temperature where fahrenheit and centigrade cross. So what is this about global warming?
The best explanation I have gotten is from a friend who is a climatologist in Washington DC. I asked him the question and he said “That’s the difference between weather and climate.” For the last ten years, average temperatures worldwide have risen each year, in spite of weather exceptions.
