Whatever happened to the Cotton Bowl, the Sugar Bowl and of course the grand daddy of them all, the Rose Bowl. My last count was about 24  bowls. Check out the names and how much money they generate. Amateur sports? College football?

Now on to Johnny Manziel, AKA Johnny football. He is going to decide whether he should stay in college or go for the NFL draft. Actually he has already decided, he’s going for the bux.  He has said if he doesn’t go in the first round he will stay at Texas A&M, apparently a punishment to I don’t know who. No where is there any mention of the lost idea of getting an education at college. It is reported that he took all his courses online, whatever that might signify. Well I may be wrong about this but I don’t think he will make it big in the pros, but we will wait and see.
